Weight on Wednesday--09/02/2015

Another weight, another weigh in.  It was not terrible this week, the number stayed steady (YEAH!) but it did not go down either (BOO!!).  Here's hoping that once the kiddos start school in a few days that I can get more running it, and maybe a few less bowls of ice cream

(Note: the kids are the reason this blog post is late.  They finally went to the playground with their father instead of me, which is how I have a free minute to create this post).

With four half marathons on the schedule for the rest of the year, I am hoping to get more mileage in during the week. And since there is a gym a block away from my house, maybe join it once the weather turns brutally cold for the dreadmill, coupled with a few strength training sessions.
